YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM | LAUSD Beyond The Bell
ABOUT YDP
The Youth Development Program is where all students experience success. Each rotation is led by a District trained staff member who is known as coach. Rotations operate on a ratio of 20:1. The Site Coordinator at every school interacts with parents on a daily basis and often times serves as that personal bridge from the school day to the parent. YDP operates from school dismissal until six Monday through Friday. All registered students at each school are eligible to participate in YDP and available to students at no charge. The YDP program is a part of each school family and works in collaboration with the administration and school community.
